It's been a while - 11 years to be exact - since South Dakota has started a football season 3-0.
That streak, as you all know, came to an end with last week's 45-7 drubbing of then-No.10 North Dakota. But as impressive as that performance and the rest of rest of the non-conference run has been, it is just the beginning.

After securing the program's second win over an FBS program - 35-27 over Bowling Green - the Coyotes immediately shifted their focus to one of the top teams in the FCS.
