Platinum Leaderboard 7.0

Welcome back to the Platinum Lounge, your home for the top times and marks across North and South Dakota High School Track and Field!

We've only got a handful of meets left in the T&F season, but that doesn't mean you should expect the list below to look the same at season's end in two weeks. As common sense would dictate, top competition combined with peak fitness equals impressive performances, and to that end, we had 13 Platinum marks set between the two state meets last year.

It's just a reminder that even though the numbers on the list below are impressive, many might not end up lasting as the best in the Dakotas come May 28...

As always, bear in mind our Platinum Leaderboard is comprised entirely of fully automatic times (FAT) or handheld times that have been converted to FAT.

As a reminder, Jason Andera, Jay Elsen and I recap the Platinum news each week on Midco Sports Network's "Varsity Sports" on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. We do our best to get all the top times and marks in the Dakota, but if you see a mark we've missed, report it on Twitter to @AHeinertMidcoSN.

Thanks for reading and for supporting track and field, and enjoy all the region and last-chance meets before State Track 2017!
