Partnerships aren’t always perfect, but the one between Midco Sports Network and the University of South Dakota has been awfully close.
And when you’ve got something special, you keep it.
Friday, the two sides announced an agreement that will extend their relationship through June 2026.
“It’s great to extend this partnership for 10 years, as it ensures that the University of South Dakota live games and Coyote sports shows are seen across the region on MidcoSN,” said Mark Powell, Vice President of Business Development at MidcoSN.
As someone who views the University of South Dakota as a second office, I am thrilled to know that the future of MidcoSN is secure in Vermillion.
I’m also excited for the opportunity to strengthen the relationships I’ve built with South Dakota’s tremendous administration, coaches, student-athletes and fans.
These past four years have been extremely rewarding for me. I have gotten to be a small part of a number of big moments in South Dakota athletics, and I look forward to many more over the next decade.
Buckle up, Coyote fans. We are just getting started.
