Fargo Davies vs. Minot (Friday 6:40 pm)

Keys for Davies: Balanced attack, defend Bolinske as a dual threat. Must create turnovers on D.

Keys for Minot: Executing the scheme,  Barry Holmen's defense held BHS to 7 points and found a way to put up second half points against West Fargo. Minot NEEDS BIG PLAYS from Karter Gorney. 

Notes: Lost to Davies 25-13  early in the season.

Keys for St. Mary's: Win at the line of scrimmage and win the time of possession. Rattle Shanley's sophomore quarterback Matthew Burd. 

Keys for Shanley: Execute on special teams, couldn't convert in their first meeting. Get off to a good start, can't play from behind against St.  Mary's


Notes: Last week Gus Smreakar was back at quarterback, Jacob Heinert and Noah Krebs both went over 100 yards on the ground.

Needed 2OT in the first week of the season when St. Mary’s won 28-27



Park River FL vs. Killdeer (Friday at 9:10 am)


Keys for PR/F-L; To play their game, go in with confidence. Defensive battle must win turnover battle. Prevent big plays if they blitz.

 Keys for Killdeer; Defensive line dominate again. They had three goal line stands against Hazen, need to repeat that.

Shiloh Christian vs. Cavalier (Friday at Noon)

Keys for Shiloh Christian; Need to continue their dominance up front. Stay with the run game.

Keys for Cavalier: They'll need to hit a few passes early. Trent Karel needs to make quick reads and get out of the pocket.

 Notes: In semis Blake Emmel rushed for 203 and 3TDs, AJ Dale rushed for 234 yds 2TDs

 (Cav) Brock Robbins 1939 yards 39TDs. Karel 633 yds 13 TDs (8 pass Tds).
