NSIC Taking Shape

The last week of the NSIC regular season is here! As of now, only three of the 32 total seeds have been locked up, and they’re all on the women’s side: Sioux Falls is the South Division champion (S1), Northern State is the 5th seed in the North (N5), and Upper Iowa is last in the South (S8).

There are only six games remaining before the start of the 2020 NSIC basketball tournaments – and while there’s still plenty of moving parts, some of the upper echelon teams are starting to separate themselves from the pack.

We are less than one month away from the start of the 2020 NSIC Basketball Tournament! Last week, we had nine teams with winning streaks of three games or longer. This week, a lot of those streaks came to an end, but a handful of teams are still riding high heading into February!
